What it does
Writes in your format
Upload three notes you have already signed — Word, PDF or text. Clincor learns your headings and their order, bullets or sentences, how long you usually write, the lines you always use, how you write your numbers and how you sign off. You see exactly what it learned.
Dictate, read, finalize
Press Record and talk the way you do now. When you stop, the note comes back in your format, ready to read and edit. Finalize locks it and makes the PDF. Every action on every note is sealed into a record you can check.
Numbers that carry forward
Range of motion, pain, vitals, strength grades and disability scores are pulled from every note. Visit two shows visit one's numbers beside today's, with the direction of change and a trend for each.
A plan for the next visit
After you finalize, Clincor drafts the next visit's plan from the notes and the trend — frequency, re-evaluation date, what to recheck. It stays a draft until you approve it.
Years of notes, brought in
Point it at your archive. Each patient is confirmed once, every note is dated, every number joins the trend, duplicates are merged, and all of it becomes searchable.
Records stay with you
Notes live on your own computer. Audio goes for transcription only to Amazon Web Services under a business associate agreement. We sign a BAA with your practice.
